Hiya im 17years old and i've been in a year long relationship with my boyfriend.
we have been having unprotected sex for quite a while now and im not on any methord of birth control.
i thought i was late on my period and went to the family planning clinic and took a pregnancy test. it came back negative and was told to come back in a weeks time. i started bleeding the day before i was due for another pregnancy test. however i still went back to "double check" weather i was pregnant. whilst i was there they done the test but there was a very very faint line that appered which the nurse told me was a positive test. she went to check with the other nurse that she could see another "line" and the other nurse agreed. so she came back and told me i was pregnant. anyway after this she told me she was worried about the bleeding and said if it carried on then i'd have to go up the hospital which i did. as i got there they wanted to do another urine test which came back negitive so they done a blood test and that came back neg aswell. im really confused of to what is happening as the nurse also told me that it could indercate "very early pregnancy" or im pregnant and the baby is'nt doing well. i've got all the symptoms including, feeling sick, tired, moody, craving (cheese on toast Confused ) sore breasts and im constipated. i would be really greatfull if someone could help me out as i dont know what to do.

Thanks for your time Smile

I don't think you are pregnant. I think you started your period. The hospital should have done a blood test. Go back and get a blood test from your doctor.

If your moodiness, feeling sick and tired, and cravings were due to pregnancy - a pregnancy test would be obviously positive. The hormones that make positive tests also create the pregnancy symptoms.

Ingi, she said her hospital did do a blood test & it came back negative.

If the blood test was negative, I highly doubt you're pregnant. If you don't want a baby yet, get on some form of birth control. I had my first baby at 17 & it wasn't easy.

not preg. Blood test are very accurate. you should look into getting on some b/c. You can get it at planned parenthood, either very cheap and sometimes free.

Like everyone else said a blood test is the most accurate you can get. If there was even a hint of HCG (the pregnancy hormone) in your body then the blood test would have detected it. Sounds like the "positive" test you got was just faulty
