Q: Does this look 100% boy to you?

I have three boys and I just had another ultrasound. It kinda looks like a turtle head, but my other boys just laid it all out there. It can't be swollen girl parts can it? This was the only thing we saw because the baby was not being active. I do have to go back at 28 week due to a low lying placenta and not seeing the whole spine.

yeazh the pic is rather small, so its hard to tell. But every baby and pregnancy is different so you never know...
