Pima County sheriff's Sgt. Terry Parish described the elderly couple who live at the home as well-meaning but in a situation that had grown out of control. 800 dogs is far beyond "out of control"!

And 3 dead. I also read in ther I think that they had 82 parrots. Dude, you would be walking on dogs. . . . Can you imagine what your house would smell like!?
