I'm an Asian,more specifically a Malaysian
of Chinese descendant,if it matters,and
I've been suffering from ED problem for
months. My first and 2nd sex was
horrible, due to the fact that I cannot
retract my foreskin and had to go for
circumcision,which was around last year
august or september. After that my partner
and I started to have sex, which isn't very
frequent because we don't have a place to
do it.Anyway at that period I already
started noticing something wrong with my
penis, that I don't seem to be able to feel
anything at all and thus not be able to
ejaculate or even maintain
erection.Occasionally,I would not be able
to erect at all when we're about to have
sex but that happens very seldom.I finally
found out that I can actually have sex
properly was when the first time I wasn't
using a condom.Basically I do not really
have much problem if a condom is not
used.But still I cannot sustain
erection,hence long foreplay would also
affect my erection. But even my penis is
pretty soft, once I am able to insert my
penis into the vagina it will erect
again.Besides,I usually cannot switch
position as it will usually cause my penis
to lose erection.I also do notice that I
do not get turned on by blue movies
anymore, nor do I get my "wake up
erection"if I have sufficient sleep,but I
do get the "wake up erection" if I do not
have enough sleep, for example 4 hours of
sleep. What's bothering me now is that I
cannot use a condom and I cannot maintain
erection long enough to perform longer
foreplay as well as having problems
switching positions.This is affecting my
emotions and self-esteem,indirectly
affecting the relationship between my
partner and I too.I hope somebody can help
me because I've been seeking for doctor
but seems like I will never get a proper
treatment in my country. Thanks a lot.

hi i didn't understand why you went for
circumcision anyway you didn't tell that
you faced similar condition before or not.
did you masturbate, how is erection in
that condition. if you achieve erection in
any condition then it cann't be said as
ED. try including variety in sex,
positions, oral, anal, kinky......... what
ever comes to your mind. but if you cann't
achieve erection in any way then i think
you can try viagra you can order them
online they usally come discreetly. i hope
this helps
and yes i too rarely get slight erection
from porns, so don't worry about these
things. moreover try massageing penis
before sex, that's called handjob, or
blowjob. this can give erection if you are
not ED.

I rarely get random erections
anyway,compared to last time,and even if i
fantasize about something and get turned
on,the erection usually wouldn't last long
or get hard enough.Even if it does,it
wouldn't be able to last till i finish
masturbating.It will usually start losing
erection once i start stroking my
penis.Usually i would be able to complete
a masturbation is when i wake up from
sleep and the penis is having erection,it
would be hard enough and no problem
masturbating.I will usually lose erection
if i switch position,sad to say,so we
stick to missionary almost all the
time,and if i do not obtain erection,or i
somehow lost my erection, even blowjob or
handjob wouldn't help,instead her moan
when i start fingering her and all
works, eventhough the moan was fake.By the
way i circumcised because my foreskin used
to not be able to be pulled down.

HI, i think blood flow in your penis is
low, viagra as i said will help, but i
think you should take doctor's advice for
this. or i think you should take such
herbal help which can help you. in a
newspaper i read ED signifies heart
problem so you can start exercising your
body. i hope this will certainly help you.

I don't believe being an Asian, or a
malay/chinese has anything to do with
this.
The foreskin retraction problem you were
referring to was probably phimosis. When
did you have sex after the surgery? Did
you have sex before surgery, if so, was
the results any different then it is now?
Did you used to masturbate often before?
How frequently if so? It seems clear that
you need constant stimulus to maintain an
erection however, it has been noted that
some who have masturbated excessively had
harder times maintaining erections or
ejaculating during sex. I don't know if
this is the truth, but it isn't
impossible.
Physiological explanation that I can come
up with would be that the nerve endings on
your penis require higher action
potentials (stimulus) due to loss in
sensitivity from excess stimulus in the
past.
I'm no doctor though, and I'm not sure
exactly what it is that you are asking of
us. You simply stated your problem and
that you want us to help. Don't give up
hope about finding a doctor who can fix
this, you certainly have not been to all
the doctors of malay. Good luck
