Elliptical trainer after hip replacement? Posted: 03-16-08 18:43pm


I am 38 years old and had total hip replacement 2003 and 2004. So far everything is going great!!! I've been exercizing regularly but still being careful. Can anyone tell me if is safe to train on an elliptical? Thanks!
