Hi Pearly,

Every pregnancy is different and your hormones are all over the place at this time. Some pregnant women cry over commercials and anything that is slightly emotional whether it is happy or sad. Don't be too concerned and it's normal to feel irritable at other people. The best thing to do is get as much rest as possible and try to stay away from the people who irritate you if possible. It's not permanent. Good luck!

Wendy is right. Each pegnancy is totally different. You may have crazy emotions during the pregnancy, and have post partum depression with one, and not the next. I had nothing with the first, but my second, the depression after I had her was crippling! I hated everyone and everything. Thank goodness it only lasted three weeks, and poof! It was gone in an instant, much to the thankfulness of everyone around me! LOL!

I didn't have it with my second either. I was sick for 9 months and I think I lost more weight than I gained. I even ended up in intensive care with pnemonia after my c-section. My son was a healthy baby though.
