Q: eptopic pregnancy symptoms ?

i had slight pain in my left lower abdoman sent for a scan n cant c anythin but am only about 3 week preg could it be 2 early 2 c baby? am really worried n av 2 have blood tests tomorrow. Confused

If you are only 3 weeks pregnant, you haven't even missed your period. I'm going to assume you mean you are further along than that.

An abdominal ultrasound may not be able to see a baby early on. A vaginal ultrasound would be more accurate if you are very early.
