Hi,

I'm urgently needing some advice, my doctor surgery is closed until tomorrow am and I don't want to rush off to A&E if it's nothing...

My husband and I have been trying for a baby for some months now & I'm taking Clomid. My period is 3 weeks late, today, I have yet to take a pregnancy test (don't want to be disappointed...) and I have, in the past, had irregular periods infact had so until taking Clomid (50mg).

I have had very sharp pains in my lower right side since Saturday evening & they are getting worse, sometimes spreading to the middle & left & towards my belly button. I also have a very sore shoulder, I would never put the two together but since googled symptoms and they may well be connected.

I am also very tired, dizzy and have a feeling of sickness (not actually been sick) & find it quite difficult to walk, sit, stand through the pain. I do have a rather high pain barrier which worries me.

Does anyone know what this could be or suffered similar?

Thank you for all advise
