erectile dysfunction or performance anxiety? Posted: 03-30-08 16:40pm
Hi, i'm a freshman in college. I'm 18
years old and will be 19 in a few weeks...
I should be at the peak of my sexual life
but sadly, thats not true. Last night i
came back from a party with a girl and we
started fooling around in her bed and what
not, but in the 30 seconds it takes to
pull out a condom and get it on, my penis
starts going limp. this happens all the
time
Even when i do insert erect it is only
partially hard and can even go limp
durring sex! i dont know what to do! that
happens every time i have sex. i always
have to make up an excuse like "im sorry
im just really drunk" or "im really
stressed out". This has ruined a recent
relationship and is killing my self
asteem.
I was in a relationship with a girl for 2
years and she didnt want to have sex so
from age 15 to 17 i was still a virgin. we
would fool around and i would get fully
hard but she could never finish me. so i
would always end up getting blue balls and
had to masturbate after she left. for
those 2 years i watched alot of porn and
masturbated atleast once a day. even till
today i masturbate between 5 to 10 times a
week.
I really need your help and suggestions.

This is just a possibility, but I've heard
it mentioned often before and see from my
view point of what I've learned in classes
that it is possible. Bluntly speaking, one
possibility of why you would go limp
during sex, asides from anxiety, stress,
alcohol, etc, is that your penis basically
got used to ejaculating via masturbation.
Frequent masturbation could cause this
because the penis requires the same degree
of stimulus that you get in masturbation
to ejaculate. A vagina, feeling very
different from what you've been used to
for so often, doesn't quite do it for you.
As I said, this is only what I've heard,
but can see it is logical (has to do with
nerve ending and action potentials).
I and anybody else commenting are most
likely not doctors, so don't take what we
say 100% seriously, but my only suggestion
that I can think of is, stop masturbating
for a significant amount of time and just
keep trying to get off with girls.

dude i know what you mean Posted: 05-09-08 08:44am
yo man i am in exactly the same situation.
Used to have a girlfriend back in the day
for a while, never had a problem getting
an erection. She never wanted to have sex
or finish me off though. Resulted in me
maturbating a lot. Now when i try to
hook up with girls im never able to get
hard. Dude it must be in our heads.
Obviously if we can masturbate and get
hard then we don't have erection problems.
It must be that were too used to jacking
off. I agree with what the guy above
stated, dont jack off anymore. Get out of
the habit and this could work.

Avoid over masturbation Posted: 05-27-08 08:18am
too much masturbation tends to desensitise
the head of the penis and then it is alot
more difficult to sustain an erection.

He dude, don’t get depressed. Just
chill. Not only are you suffering in this
problem, many people are facing this
problem like you. I have browsed the net
for solutions and have found sites which
sell pills like levitra for all this type
of issue. I think you can try it !!!!!!
