i think that my boyfriend may have
erectile dysfuntion or something along
those lines, but it is too early in the
relationship for me to bring it up...
we do have intercourse, but he doesn't
obtain a "normal" erection. he remains
very close to soft? also, he
pre-ejaculates during foreplay and
sometimes even after sex but it is always
a very small amount of fluid.
any thoughts?

Sounds like ed. He needs to see a doctor.
There are medication options for
treatment.
