I seem to have a constantly wet vagina, wich is great for sex, but embarrassing the rest of the time as it leaves wet patches on my trousers, and sometimes bleaches my pants a little. It is not itchy and is colourless. I have tried panty liners, but this just makes me sweaty. I have a mirena coil, but no other medication at all. Do you have any idea on what this is or what might help?

First, you need to exclude vaginal infection as a reason for that excessive vaginal discharge. A vaginal sample for a microbiological examination should be taken.
