exercise and ttc Posted: 04-24-08 22:10pm
I have question regarding about physical
activity and ttc.
See in my job there is days I have to do
work that requires good deal of strenous
physical activity. This is lifting metal
racks with bottles that are quite heavy
and then disposing them. The other day I
was like this from 1-5pm doing this. More
than 3,000 bottles in metal racks. And it
went the same the next day and the next.
It was full workout for all these days I
can definetly say. Well I'm kind of
concerned is this may affect me to get
pregnant. My boss will not care if I'm ttc
and my coworkers are so busy they can't
help me out. And I can't quit the job. I
mean if I'm pregnant I could have an
excuse to my boss but now while that I'm
not, you guys think this can be an issue
ttc? I understand light excersice is okay
but this is like no light excersice by any
means..

I don't think it would be a big problem.
You can always call your doctor and ask if
it will be a problem. They might write you
a note saying the you can't lift over x
pounds for medical reasons.
