According to the symptoms you provided (two positive and two negative home pregnancy tests), it cannot be determined for sure whether you are pregnant or not.
Every test result might be either positive or negative. But there are also false positive and false negative tests. A false positive test is when the test indicates a positive result, whereas the result is actually negative. A false negative result is when the test indicates a negative result, whereas the result is actually positive. The manufacturer usually provides the information about the rate of false positive results compared to the really positive results.
Since the results from the home pregnancy tests are inconclusive, your only chance to find out whether you are pregnant or not is to visit your gynecologist for a physical examination, hormonal laboratory tests, and eventually for an ultrasound scan.
