Hello,
I am using my company insurance with
the half and half condition. It is around
$200 for myself (so I pay $100). I
recently added my wife into my insurance
plan. The bill comes to me with $520
additional to what it used to be (e.g.
$720 each month, I do have to pay $620).
Is that normal that there is a huge gap in
our insurance premium between me and my
wife? The insurance for my wife is more
than twice higher than myself.

It sound a little strange. I would ask
your employer why as it sounds as if your
lacking all the info on your plan.

Your employer probably does not cover
dependants and therefore they have to pay
full rates, But yes you should ask your
employer for a copy of the group policy
and read it.
