I am having all of these symptoms and more and was wondering what may be wrong with me? I have diabetes, but it is somewhat managed and these are new symtoms I have been experiencing over the last few weeks. Difficulty sleeping, charlie horses all over when I stretch, dizziness, extreme fatigue, vision problems (extreme bightness indoors and outdoors, especially hard to see outside). Thanks
