what is your favorite thing about summer?
mine is the heat and the fishing and
swimming. I love summer--its my favorite
season---too bad it only lasts three
months out of the year

I love summer. I love it when it's warm
enough to walk around in shorts and
without having to put a jacket on. I like
big sunglasses, walks in the park, light
nights, clear skies, the smell of suntan
lotion, bikinis, green grass, beer
gardens, t-shirt tans...it's all good.
I do NOT like the insects.
And unfortunately, it's very rare living
in Britain that we get to experience all
of the above (besides the bugs). When we
get good weather, it's brilliant. I live
right next to a beach too. But, it's so
unpredictable. The last couple of days
have been ok, not really hot and sunny but
fairly warm, but the few days before that
were grey and raining, and sometimes the
sun would come out for a fleeting glimpse
and then it would just disappear into the
clouds again. Fingers crossed the weather
fairs up soon, because last year's summer
was non-existent.

You're lucky if you get three months of
summer! We get two weeks if we're lucky,
then it's rain as usual
I love the atmosphere in the summer,
everyone out and about making the most of
the sun. I love paddling pools (12ft
paddling pools ), BBQs, beer
gardens (snap!), the beach, late nights
still warm enough to sit out, and light
mornings so you don't feel like hiding in
the quilt when you wake up at 5am!
Haha Lion, it is pretty dull at the
moment. It hasn't stopped raining all day
here in Wales We had a couple of
nice weeks back in May/June and it's gone
again!

I love how I said it's been nice recently
and now it's raining!
We had a dry winter, which is why I'm
worried! It didn't start raining til
February, and we got a couple days of
snow....IN MARCH!!!
and yeah, light mornings lol makes you
actually want to get out of bed.
Bring back our summer!!
