Q: Feeling ovary twist

I am 8 weeks pregnant and while laying in bed last week I felt a rolling sensation on my lower left side. I have had pain and cramping for a couple weeks and the Dr said my cyst is 4cm and what I was feeling was my cyst twisting but lucky for me it twist back. I'm wondering if anyone else is feeling this sensation. This is my third pregnancy and I feel like I'm 6 months along.
