Is it weird I mostly feel him at night. Like I won't feel him most of the day. Its starting to worry me.I do feel him in the day sometimes, but mostly at night. I don't know, maybe I just don't have a very active baby

Maybe your just busier during the day. I know I mostly feel the baby move ALOT when i get home from work and relax but during the day not much at all. I think that's probably because im too busy to notice or maybe he/she sleeps alot during the day. Not until 22 - 24 weeks will you feel baby move regularly and then you'll have to start doing kick counts. The baby is still pretty small and doesn't make contact with the uterus wall constantly like it does when it gets bigger

Movement also has a rocking motion which may get your baby to fall asleep. Maybe that is just your baby's established routine. No need to be worried, but if you are really worried call your Dr.

It's normal. You probably just notice it more at night because you're just lying in bed doing nothing. Jenny always used to decide to wake up & kick me like crazy when I went to bed, & this baby is the same. She kicks so hard I can see my tummy moving when I lie down.

yes, the movement of walking and such could rock the baby to sleep. I know when I was pregnant my son wouldn't kick really all day. As SOON as I sat down he was just kicking away... It was so weird when I'd be in my chorus trying to sing. He'd kick like crazy, I think he liked it! or it's cuz I was just standing around doing nothing.

Yeah the most active he gets during the day is when I have to pee, he starts kicking my bladder, or he'll be leaning on my bladder till i go. Then I'll feel him move into a different spot

my baby is the same way. The only time i feel him during the day is after i eat...other than that hes way more active at night. Thats Josh's "bonding" time with baby boy. He talks to him and rest his hand on my belly b/c hes always moving.

The weirdest thing for me is that fetal movement is nothing like I thought it would be. Im not sure what i was expecting but it's nothing like what i expected. Also when will you start to feel it from the outside (ie when will my SO being able to feel it). I know if i catch it at the right moment I can put my hand down and feel the little "thump" but most of the time it's just something I can feel.

Just a few weeks ago people were able to see Rylan moving on the outside. (im 28 weeks now) But he moves ALOT when im just sitting, but when I move atall, like walking or somthing like that its like he falls asleep. Im pretty sure like everyone said its normal. But its nice to feel them huh? I love it, even though he keeps me up at night!
