Q: first trimester without many symptoms

Has anyone gone through the first trimester without many symptoms? I don't feel pregnant right now.. my boobs aren't sore anymore & I'm not as tired today. With my first, as well as the sore boobs & tiredness, I felt/was sick, I went off all my favourite foods, I couldn't stand certain smells, & I got a weird taste in my mouth.

It's just horrible having to wait until my 12 week scan to find out if my baby's ok Sad

Don't stress yourself out! Last week I felt the same way. I told my husband I just do not feel pregnant today because my boobs didn't hurt as bad that night but I woke up the next day and was back to feeling pregnant. Today not as sick, yesterday was suffering from nausea all day. I worry all day and all night about my pregnancy. I had several miscarriages before having my last son and this one was unexpected so I wasn't able to do some of the precautions they had me do last time but I had a scan last week and everything was great and I saw the heartbeat but I still worry! I am only 8 weeks along. I wouldn't worry so much. Sometimes you get preoccupied with your other kids that you don't have time to recognize symptoms! Wink

I only feel pregnant when baby moves. I have to keep reminding myself that I'm pregnant all the time. Although towards the end the heartburn, swelling and constant pelvic pain remind me more.

Don't complain about having no symptoms, lol. Every pregnancy is different, so I'd say it's normal that this one is different from your first one. Also be glad you have a 12wk scan, I only had one and that was 26wks!

I didn't feel pregnant until I started getting my bump and the baby started moving. In the beginning, my only symptom was sore boobies and even that faded rather quickly. Sometimes, even now, when she's asleep I forget I'm preggie. Then I stand up and feel the backache and wish I was symptom-free. Enjoy it while it lasts Very Happy

I was just telling the same thing to Sarah the other day. Some days I feel completely fine and I start to question whether or not I'm truly pregnant. Then some days I feel super tired/sick/pregnant. Today other than the fact that I'm tired and cranky is one of those days where I'm tempted to run to the store and buy a pregnancy test to make sure I'm not dreaming. Laughing Oddly enough, I was crampy yesterday.
