HEY! I'm back! And pregnant again (8 weeks)
My toddler is now 2 and a half so I guess I'm ready to have another one!

I have been having some serious nausea for the past month.
No vomiting though - it just feels like I have to sooo bad, but it's just stuck in my stomach. Worst feeling ever.
Not really sure what I can eat to make this better..
I try soups but then I'm starving..
A site said to drink peppermint tea but that didn't help at all!
Any suggestions?
(This didn't happen with my first child - who is a boy - so I'm already thinking this one's a girl!!)

Well, nausea comes with girls and boys, but try staying away from milk products and keep some saltine crackers next to your bed so you can pop that into your mouth before getting out of bed. Your nausea should go away after the first 3 months. Until it does try eating small meals throughout the day. Toast helps too. Feel better.

Thanks
I'm going to buy some crackers for sure. Sounds like a good idea because I find that late at night I get hungry - but don't want to get out of bed, and then the end result is a really sore tummy in the morning.
