I have experienced headaches for as long
as i can remember. Early this year i began
to notice my heart racing even when i was
sat watching tv etc. Blood tests showed
nothing was physically wrong with me. I
recently came across some information on
GAD and it seemed to make so much sense to
me...i have always been a worrier and have
also experienced periods of
lightheadedness, tiredness and difficulty
sleeping. The doctor put me on meds a
couple of days ago but I am now beginning
to doubt whether my thoughts are my own or
whether i am putting them in my head
myself....i am worrying whether or not i
actually have GAD or if i am just over
exaggerating my symptoms....has anyone
else experienced anything similar?? Im so
confused, please help!!!
