Gaining Weight Fast in First Trimester Posted: 03-20-08 20:52pm
Im only 8 weeks pregnant, but i look like
I'm already in my 4th month. (Thats when
pregnant women usually start to show) I've
only been eating salad, fruit and the
occasional snack or slice or pizza or
something. Whats going on with me? I feel
like im carrying a million babies instead
of one...

Because of the gassy bloat that pregnant
women get. Multiples have no obvious
weight gain in the early weeks.

are you actually gaining weight? or do you
just 'feel' like it because of your
stomach?
Bloating is normal in the first few weeks,
and it may just feel like you're growing
too fast, but it should actually go down
before you actually start growing.
Try a simple work out as well. If you
can't get outside for a walk, try
sidesteps for 10-15 minutes. It's good to
exercise during pregnancy anyway.
