Im having a party this weekend and we were
planning on doing the gallon challenge.
But my dad is putting an end to it because
he says doing the gallon challenge can
kill you. Is this true?
Gallon challenge rules:
- Must drink 1 gallon of whole milk
- Must drink the gallon within one hour.
- If you puke you are disqualified.
Drinking 1 gallon (about 4 L) milk for 1
hour is really challenging. People with
larger stomach will probably stand this
easier. Personally, I don't support such
exhibitions.
