Q: Getting pregnant

i am married for 4 mths and trying to conceive
.i was diagnosed with poly cystic ovary when i was 18 but the dr said i had no prob with fertility since i was having regular periods and no other symptoms concerned with PCOS.I have got positive results for ovulation tests last mth and had sex the day before and 2 days after ovulation
but i still didnt get pregnant.should i consult a dr or should i try for some more months.will expectation that i should get a baby come in the way of getting pregnant?please help.I am having pain during my periods and blood clots too.Can i take iron tablets i was told that i am anemic a year back.

Getting pregnant depends upon many factors. You might want to try for several months before you check if there is any medical problem.


The results about anemia and PCOS might be considered old. So, you might want to do laboratory tests for the anemia and have a pelvic ultrasound done for the PCOS.
