for the past two days ive have diarrhea and its been lime green, what could be the cause of this?

I couldn't tell you, but I'd definitely ask the doctor if I were you!! Yikes!!

Food can cause your stools to turn colors. Apples, for example, can cause a green color. Bacteria can, also, cause stool to turn unusual colors. Are you ill? Diarrhea is often caused from gastroenteritis (commonly called the stomach flu). This may be why it is discolored. If you have persistent diarrhea you should call your doctor. This could lead to dehydration.
