You would like to know whether you can have a baby after an abortion.

An abortion is an operation or other intervention to end a pregnancy by removing the embryo or fetus from the womb. In certain cases, rather often, complications such as the inability to conceive may appear after having an abortion due to scars in the uterus.

Given the data that you provided, the chocolate cyst may be considered as a tumor and it has to be proved whether it is benign or malignant. You may consider having this baby. You may also consider asking her to see her gynecologist for further advice.

Please keep in mind that I am trying to provide you with medical information here. I am not able to give you medical advice online. Please ask your wife to contact her doctor or a qualified healthcare provider such as a gynecologist for further advice.
