Headaches, foggy-head feeling, dizziness

Over the last several years my symptoms seem to have worsened- i thought it was because i was turning 30! Im at the point where my doctor and I are considering taking me off work until it is resolved because the symptoms have worsened considerably over the last several months (since December).

Here are the symptoms that seem to be increasing over time......

-headache
-constant 'fog'
-sleep distruption (griding teeth, sleep talking, insomnia etc)
-constant fatigue
-nasuea (this is new over the last month)
-dizziness
-mood changes/irritability
-difficulty with concentration & focus

My doctor is closing his practice next month so Im kinda scared about how to takle this one.

I have taken the sleep test at the hospital and am awaiting results........Any other ideas of what I can try? My doctor has more or less said, if its not a sleep disorder he thinks it is either stress or depression- I find that diognosis weak and depressing! Im not convinced its either of those because my symtoms have been around for most of my life- they are just getting worse.

Any idea's/advice????? Please

I'm very sure you have lack of thyroid hormones in your blood.
Hypothyroidism, usually, goes undiagnosed for years, because symptoms develop slowly, but get worse over time.
Changes in mood and personality simulating psychiatric illness may be the most salient features.

Have you noticed weight gain despite a diminishing appetite?
Do you feel heat or cold intolerance?
Are you experiencing muscle cramps and frequent muscle aches?
Have you noticed hair loss and dry skin?

Waiting for your post!
