Water Is Essential To Life!
Water is a Fundamental part of our lives.
It%u2019s easy to forget how dependant we

as being essential for life. 55 to 75% of
the average adult body is water,
that%u2019s 2/3s of your bodies weight.
The best phrase I%u2019ve herd used to
date is, The Water You Drink Literally
Becomes You! Now that%u2019s a powerful
statement. Because a huge percentage of

And Organs
The List Goes On An On..
So you see why a lack of water
(Dehydration) can lead to many ailments.
We can survive without food for 2 months,
maybe more, Without Water, only a few
days.

Drinking Lots of Water is Extremely
Essential to Our good Health. But Just As
Important to drink the highest Quality
Water.
A common misconception is that Water is
Water, When reality is, our water is often
polluted with contaminants.

I am torn between drinking bottled water
and tap water, since tap water has more
minerals in it such as chloride, but is
also not the cleanest as bottled water.
Any opinions?

Bottled water VS Tap water. Posted: 07-03-08 04:53am
I would recommend Bottled. With that being
said, Using X2O in your water, it doesn't
matter. X2O purifies your water while at
the same time adds 70 + trace minerals.

I'm not sure where the idea comes from
that bottled water is "cleaner" than tap
water. Both go through purification
systems to be considered safe for
drinking. Here's a quote from a useful
article on the bottled water debate:
"A considerable volume of the bottled
water that Americans buy each year,
moreover, is tap water. Popular brands
such as Aquafina and Dasani are actually
tap water that has been put through
additional filtration and purification —
techniques aimed at making water that is
already clean ... clean."
I occasionally grab a bottle of water when
it's convenient, but I prefer to drink
from the tap most of the time - especially
since I'm already paying for it. You might
consider an in-home filtration system if
you're really worried about clean water.
cool way to drink more water Posted: 07-28-08 16:51pm
Hey all,
Don't know if you would find this useful
or not, but I personally get bored
drinking tons of water each day. To mix it
up, I like making flavored water that's
still healthy.
