Heart burn

I have terrible heart burn and have had it
for the past 9 hours is this normal for
heart burn or could it be something more
serious?

Do you think about burning sensation
behind your breast bone?
Did you take an antacid and didn't get any
relive?
Was the constant heartburn experienced
during the night?
