Heart failure

Had second ohs with bypass and avr replacement. This done in 2004. Since surgery i have been diagnosed with 2+ regurg., moderate sclerosis, and mild stenosis, moderately affecting mobility of leaflets. what can I expect in the near future? My heart disease has been with me for 20 yrs.

You didn’t tell me on which valve regurgitation, sclerosis, and stenosis were diagnosed.


According to your age, primary disorder (ischemic cardiomyopathy) and echo findings, it is likely that you can expect heart failure progression (faster or slower) that might require another surgery in the future.
