I have similar problem and I see a
specilaist who only deals with heart rythm
problems. I was told for a while that i
was fine then I finally went into the Er
and then was seen by my PCP ( PRimary care
doctor) some wanted to say that it was
anxiety or depression. How ever I got to
the correct specialist and he is now
working with my other doctors to help me.
YOu should request a EP study and heart
ablation it is different then a heart
catherazation. It does not hurt at all.
You may have a bruise or two after but
with an EP study and heart ablation they
can see it occur and identify the problem
most of the time. Ep study shows every
thing along with the heart ablation.
I really reccomend it. I have had two now.
Do not let them say it is anxiety or
depression. HAve them look into it further
and keep a journal of when it comes on and
what the symptoms are and what you feel
like when it happens.
If want to a good web site to go to for
this stuff. go to
www.webmd.com
it is through cleveland clinic and mayor
clinic two very reliable places. Highly
reccomended. YOu can look up your
medications and any medical problems you
have .
I know how it feels to have heart
palpitations. It is hurrble feeling at
times. i also know if you have a bp
problem that tyour can have heart
palpitations but your doctor should be
looing into the cause.
