Brief history. This is my 6th pregnancy, I have had 3 miscarriages, 1 missed resulting in a ERPC and 2 full. I have 2 wonderful girls both born naturally, I had placenta deficiany with my first so she stopped growing at 37 weeks so was only 5lb 6oz when she was born and my second was born at 27 weeks, with this birth I also had a retaining placenta which had to be surgically removed.
I am now 8 weeks pregnant and have suffered blood loss everyday since finding out be it brown spotting to bright red. I have had 3 heavy bleeds, the blood flow is very heavy and I have passed a huge amount of large liver like clots.
2 previous early scan shows the baby is doing well and is in line with my dates however they have not been able to confirm or suggest why I am bleeding, I have my 3rd scan tomorrow.
With the bleeding I am in constant pain, be it back ache or a mild dull contraction pain to a full cramp in which I am unable to move, not sure whether this is anxiety but I am also having pains in my chest.
I am now thinking the bleeding may not be related to the pregnancy and I should be asking for further tests, for what I do not know? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

First of all I can understand your fear, if they say your baby is fine then that's fantastic so don't worry in that respect, woman do get periods during their pregnancies somtimes, could this be a possibility? Either way I would get it checked but I'm sure your fine and its probably somthing soo simple
