I have very heavy periods and the docs
have suggested:
1. Burning the inside of the womb
2. Removing the womb
3. Or the coil
Which would you recommend?
Which would have less side affects?

Ouch, ouch, and hm. I assume "the coil" is
the copper coil IUD. That's not usually
prescribed for reducing periods, as it can
cause heavier periods in many women! The
Mirena, however, can reduce the period.
I'm sure that your doctor has some reason
for suggesting the coil.
I'd go with the coil. It's the least
painful and it's the only temporary
option! If it doesn't work, then go on to
more serious procedures.
