idk if this is true or not, and im not sure if it was just luck, but it wont hurt to try... but i had sex many times unprotected for 2 years , and never got pregnant, and also have
PCOS, so doctors said i probably would have probems gettin pregnant if i even could at all, then i got with my current bf and we started actually trying, and after he would come, i bent my knes up and held my pelvis tilting upward, so kinda like my butt was off the bed, i saw on a website it said it would help more sperm get to the egg...and bam within 2 cycles i got pregnant... so i guess u can try it, but honestly i think it was more luck, but who knows, wont hurt

After one full year of unprotected intercourse, and no pregnancy, a couple is considered to have fertility problems. If the doctor says to just keep trying i would seek a second opinion. Both you and your partner should have some tests.
For him, he may have a low sperm count, or a varicocele which can hinder fertility on his end.
For you, you should have your hormones tested, as well as a pelvic ultrasound to check for any uterine anomalies, and to see if there are ovarian follicles. Ever had any pelvic infections or endometriosis?PCOS? Any previous pelvic surgeries? This can all affect fertility. It's a starting point.

Extremely eHealthy
A friend of mine had a cyst blocking one of her fallopian tubes. Her regular gyn didn't do any exam to check for that. She found out by going to a fertility specialist doctor. After cyst removed she got pregnant the next week.

Definetly look for a fertility specialist doctor by now.
