I need help. I have had problems with
sleeping & excessive daytime sleepiness. I
had a sleep study done & I do not
understand it. I can see I do not have
apnea or anything. I think the problem
lies with my REM sleep. Here are my
results. Any feedback would be greatly
appreciate it!

I don't understand....wouldn't the people
who did your sleep study explain the test
results? At the price they charge, they
should be offering you options to improve
your sleep after taking the test. You
should call and ask them for an
explanation!

Hey mominashoe -
You would think after they charged $3500
for the study & then a sleep doctor
charged $547 to translate the study &
all he put was that I didn't have apnea
& he suggested "clinical correlation".
I thought some nerve. So rather than call
and argure (which I do not have the evergy
for), I made an appointment with another
sleep specialist but have to wait to the
end of the month ;0(
