I have herpes 2 now. I saw that The three worst food to eat if you are prone to herpes: * Chocolate * Nuts * Gelatin (Jell-O) Can I eat Pistachios or no? Thanks

Not everyone who continues to eat those foods will experience an outbreak. I have never heard of modifying your diet for herpes but I do agree with the arginine/lysine ratio. The best thing to do in my opinion is to continue eating normally but take a lysine suppliment.
