Hey, I'm mominashoe
Posted: 03-24-08 21:57pm

Hi, my name is mominashoe. I am a mom of 6 children (ages 8 and under) hence the name. I don't have time for too many things other than managing my household and caring for my children and my husband, but I do love to spend time on here and help out others.

Other hobbies of mine are art (drawing), creative writing, fashion, movies, shopping, music, and others. I hope to return to college some day and get my degree in psychology.

You will see me in many different sections. I try to help people out where I have the most experience, usually personal experience, in back pain, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, anything to do with women's health, kids, babies, relationships, etc.

I have been too busy helping out other people myself, so I haven't asked for help yet for myself, but I do find it self-fulfilling to help others. I guess you could say that the fact that other people having problems solves part of my own when I help them.....it makes me feel more than just a woman who stays at home all day. I can make a difference in the world right now Smile

Mom in a shoe, you appear to have a well-balanced life and God bless you, your children are being shown what a fulfilling life this can be. I struggle with just one. I don't even know how I would get along with six.

Well thanks sailor86! I don't know if it's balanced lol, but I sure try to keep the scales even as possible. Everyone always has the ability to deal with whatever gets dished out to them: I remember how I felt when I had just one and I thought about how hard it was (but she was a very demanding baby) and then how it was at three and so forth. Each time I thought, wow, I have so much to do....you never know how easy it was with a few until you get more, but that doesn't mean it isn't just as hard for someone with one or three.

But they are all precious to me and I couldn't part with any of them. Smile
