hey ive been doing research on hgh and
IGF-1 for about a month or so now and I
want to know if its the right thing for
me. first, let me give you a quick bio...
im 20 yrs old, 6'1", 140 lbs. i know i am
skinny, but i am also pretty healthy and
have never had a problem being athletic. i
just want to get bigger and look better
overall (fit clothes better, not look
ridiculous with my shirt off, better self
confidence, maybe clean up some of the
damage of cigarettes to my skin, etc..).
i want to know if HGH and/or IGF-1 will
help me do this. i'd like to be an average
weight for a guy my height..not quite sure
what that would be but like i said, im not
in bad shape...just really skinny. ive
read a lot about HGH and planned on taking
the releasers for 6 months or so to see
what happens..but i just started reading
about IGF-1 and for some reason its hard
to get an answer i can understand online,
as everything i read has 90% words that
mean nothing to my brain...probably should
have payed attention in school.
anyways..is either worth it or would
either of them work on gaining weight and
overall improving my health. ive heard
good things about HGH releasers and im
just not interested in anything that is as
serious as roids...kind of confused as to
if its even worth it or if it will work
how i think it will. thanks everyone...

At age 20 you really do not need
hgg at all. You really should not even
bother with hgh till your at least age
30 plus. there are other things you can
try but my best advice to you is to get
the advice of a Personal trainer at your
local gym one who is certified and also
maybe talk witha dietacian(RD) The
better gyms will have all those services
for you.. diet planning ect how to
reach your goals.. but for now skip the
hgh your far to young taking it at your
age would/could lead to health problems.
