The first day of my LMP was 1 May. I am 100% sure on that. The time before was April 4 (exactly 28 days prior). I am almost always a 28 day cycle gal. I had sex on May 9th, 11th, and 13th. Positive HPT on 23 May. Had my hcg levels checked (because of pervious losses) and it was 923 on day 28!!! Then on day 30 it was 1823....WAY ABOVE NORMAL. I've looked at many sites and have found that this could be normal for me, I could have ovulated early (just 3 days early would make those hcg number in the normal range), it could be molar, or it could be multiples.

Obviously the most common outcome would be that I O'ed early. But what is the chance that I O'ed 3 days early when I am almost always a 28 cycle person? I do have another appointment next week with my doctor but it is driving me crazy wondering if this could be twins, or possibily another eventual loss (molar). What has your past patients had in these circumstances?
