Ok...so I have tried pretty much
everything possible for my allergies. I
can't really take much as far as meds
go....at least long enough to really do
any good. My uncle told me to take a
Tablespoon of local honey everyday and
that is suppose to help. Well I mentioned
this to someone yesterday and they said
that honey is dangerous for babies. I
googled it and it said that during
pregnancy it is ok to take cause it goes
through my digestion first before getting
to the baby. Does anyone know anything
about this?? Is it ok for me to be taking
honey?? I don't want to do anything to
hurt my baby and I feel like I call my doc
every week with something. Just thought I
would check here first.
Thanks.

honey is fine for you. it's dangerous and
a no-no for babies under 1, but only after
they're born.

the only problem would be the fact it's so
high in sugar. Which of course can be bad
in high doses, but a tablespoon of honey a
day actually sounds good. I think I might
start doing that.
Random fact-Honey doesn't spoil. They have
found it in Egyptian tombs and it was
still good. Weird huh?
