I don't know if this is an anxiety-related
feeling or not.
Pregnancy can cause a number of odd
feelings. If you have swelling in your
fingers, that could be the cause, even if
the swelling is minimal. Just put your
fingers in some cool water for some
relief.
If you have excess swelling, you will want
to get yourself checked for edema.

But I agree, if it is really bothersome,
it should probably get checked out because
that could indicate circulation problems.
