I am 48 javascript:emoticon('')
sunnyand have started to have hot flashes.
I have never had a baby.
Does any one have any suggestions of what
I can take to help with the hot flashes.
I am also caffeine free.

Yes, I get those too. Depending on how
bad they are, you can speak to your gyno
or Dr. about it. They can start you on
Hormone Replacement Therapy HRT or you
could look into alternative natural
treatments. I use soy to try and help it
a bit. Mine isn't bad. Good luck.

I wish I could help. I
wish someone could help me also. I have
tried everything i can think of with no
success. I have been told by a few friends
that to just get through it. Eventually
they will stop. I'm still waiting for that
as well. Good luck and I hope you find
releif.
