3 Hour Diet Posted: 05-05-08 22:03pm
Back in January my husband and I started
this new diet called the 3 hour diet. We
have tried several diets, some of which we
had success with but were to hard to stick
to while others just plain didn't work. I
have to say the 3 hour diet has been
great!!!! It has been so simple and even
better it really works. Just in the 1st 2
weeks we both lost 10 lbs. and over the
course of 4 mths. I myself have lost
around 20 lbs. My husband has lost close
to 30. When I started I was 150 lbs and 5
ft. 2 in. I am now at 131 and this has
been the easiest diet ever. Basically you
eat exactly how you are "suppose" to eat.
Every three hours you have to eat.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner you must
consume 400 calories and you have to eat 2
snacks consuming 100 calories each. Also
you haev to drink your h2o.... At least 64
oz. each day. The 3 hour diet has been the
big "thing" her in our town. In fact, at
least 10 doctors in town tried this diet
here in our town and all have recommened
it to everyone. One lady over the course
of 1 yr. lost an astounding 70 lbs.!!!!
Its really great, if you are interested in
more details let me know or you can do a
search and find out more about it. It is
so simple really and once you get started
you will find that it is very difficult to
quit. Sure every now and then you will
"cheat" and eat something you really want
but it only takes 3 hours to get back on
track!!!!

this pretty easy to explain...you are just
counting calories and eating 5 times a day
like you are supposed to, along with the
water. What a great idea for writing the
book on what is obvious to fitness
professionals, I shouldve cashed in on
something so easy. good to hear you found
something though and are now passing ont
he word.

Its really very simple, you eat every 3
hours. you have to eat breakfast w/in the
hour of waking up plus a glass of water.
Every 3 hours you will alternate a snack
or meal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner you
must consume 400 calories and each snack,
one b/tw breakfast & lunch and lunch
& dinner. Each snack must be 100
calories. Usually b/c I do not have a lot
of time for breakfast I will eat a bowl of
ceral w/ 1% milk and peice of fruit. For
lunch I will eat a lean cuisine and either
a piece of fruit or a serving of veggies.
For dinner, I do the "3 Hour Meal", which
is protien equal to the size of a deck of
cards, veggies equal to 3 stacked dvd
cases and carbs equal to the size of a
rubics cube. For snacks I buy the 100
calorie pack of whatever, EVERYTHING comes
in 100 calorie packs now so there is so
much to choose from. The best thing is you
are not really depriving yourself of
anything. If you want something sweet by
the 100 calorie packs of chocolate chip
cookies! YOu have to drink at least 64
ozs. of water a day. you can have diet
coke or coffee but for every cup of
anything you drink other than water you
have to drink 2 extra cups of water to
replenish. There is a website,
3hourdiet.com. It really is the perfect
diet and so genious!!! Somebody is making
millions off of eating exactly how you are
suppose to. The key is reprograming your
body to burn fat by eating the right
portion and keeping your blood sugar
levels where they are suppose to be so you
are not storing harmful fat... I recommend
this diet to everyone b/c it really is so
simple and I have been so successful on
it. Jorge Cruise is the one who "invented"
the diet. He has several books and a
website. Of course you can be really
strict on the diet and probably get better
results than I have but I really try hard
not to stress so much and just count my
calories, eat when I'm suppose to and I
have done great! Let me know if you try it
and how it works out for you, Good Luck
and if you need more detailed info I will
be more than happy to eloborate a little
more!!!!!
