I'm not really sure that you can. You can simply stop posting, and set preferences so that you don't receive any emails anymore ("My profile" in the top right corner will lead you to a place where you can change your profile preferences to not receive email notifications)

Did that help at all? I can ask admin if it is possible for you.

copying to site q and a where admin can see

usually they just change the username and it becomes and innactive account.
