How to Slow Down the Aging Process By Preventing Earliy Wrinkles Posted: 11-23-07 04:51am
Anyone that is already having a big
problem with having too many unwanted
wrinkles knows how depressing it can be
from day to day, trying to figure out why
in the world you were the one blessed with
something so unattractive. It should not
be something that you consume yourself
with thinking about, but we should all be
a little concerned with how our appearance
holds up. There are different things that
people can do to try and look and feel
much younger than they really are, because
the fact is, too many of us that are still
young, are really starting to look much
older and there are plenty of reasons as
to why this is happening and some of those
reasons are things that we can not do
anything about.
Other factors that play a big role in this
department though can be changed, with a
little effort on your part and if you
would just be more conscious about what
you put into your body and how you treat
your body each and every day of your life.
In this article I want you to learn a
little more about how you can look younger
by helping to prevent wrinkles. You know
that when you were younger and your mom or
dad preached at you, telling you to eat
your vegetables, well, they were right you
know. If you could eat healthier there are
just so many amazing benefits, including
things that can help to prevent you from
getting all of those wrinkles. Eating a
healthier diet can improve your overall
health as well as your skin. Foods that
are rich in antioxidants are very good for
your skin because they help with fighting
against the whole aging process by slowing
down the oxidation process which plays the
part in making all of those wrinkles stand
out even more and make them become much
more noticeable over a period of time. The
dark green vegetables are absolutely the
best vegetables out there that you should
be eating atl east once a day if at all
possible, they might not be the most
flavorful foods for you but your body and
skin will surely benefit from it.
Also, remember to try and drink green tea
because it is just as good for you as
those vegetables are and will definitely
improve the appearance of your skin by
reducing and preventing wrinkles. Exercise
and eating healthy combined are actually
proven to actually begin slowing down the
whole aging process, just that itself
should be enough reason for all of us to
really consider starting to implement this
into our daily lives. Of course if you
mistreat your body there could be many
different things to go wrong but something
else that will happen is that your body
will begin getting wrinkles earlier than
normal and you speed up the aging process.
So, overall, just be more alert about what
you are doing with your life and try and
make some changes that will benefit you
instead of hurting you, sure you can stop
those wrinkles today.

I personally have noticed tons of skin
damage from the sun, including early
wrinkles. But I'd rather be warm and in
the sun than cold any day! SO bring on
the wrinkles!

I agree with EVERYTHING Austinjo says. I
would just like to add one more thing -
use cocoa butter for your skin and drink
more water! I have recently done the Flat
Belly Diet which had the side effect of
improving my skin because of all the good
nutrients and extra water I drink now.
I also agree with you yogahoneybunny -
bring on the sun (and the sunscreen SPV15)
followed by a slathering of cocoa butter -
my skin is tan and smooth from the golf
and swimming and gardening - all good --
yes -- that other thing - EXERCISE!

Yes, the sun is the ONLY way we can get
Vitamin K. Also ex foliate the skin when
it's dry. If we think of the skin as an
organ of the body, we should pay it more
attention!
