How am I supposed to handle an attack?
What do I eat? I don't want to eat candy
or sugar anymore but when my blood sugar
drops too low I need to get it up without
repeating the cycle of my body
overproducing insulin due to my eating
sugar.
A few diagnostic procedures are needed to
check if you really have hypoglycemia or
those “attacks” are something else.
According to your story, you had only one
attack (on May 9, 2008) that was
documented with a low blood glucose level.
There are no data about the glucose levels
during the further “attacks”. Without
documented evidence for a low blood
glucose level we can’t say whether or
not you had a hypoglycemic attack. Those
“attacks” could mean anything
including real panic attacks. You may want
to consult an endocrinologist about the
possibility of having hypoglycemia.
