hysterectomy after c-section

I don't know if this is in the right forum, but I need answers. I'm desperately trying to find out if my OB/GYN followed procedure with my pregnancy, or if he rushed things for whatever reason. I don't have money to see a doctor IRL.

It began late October, I was a medicaid patient who was due on Halloween day. About the 26 I went in to see the doctor, I wasn't Even i centimeter dilated, but he suggested I may need an induction anyway. He told me that holding the baby over the due date puts the infant at risk of getting pneumonia because it may have a bowel movement and inhale its stool. So, for the first time in my life I took my doctors advice without doing my own research.
The induction was scheduled for the third of November, I was brought back, given all the meds, had my blood drawn, ect. But, there was a problem, apparently my potassium was dangerously low, at 2.2, instead of at 3.5 where it should be. I was moved from L&D, and put on a potassium drip. ((didn't work)) so they started supplements.

At this point I was told they were thinking about transferring me to larger hospital, this one being just a small rural one in the middle of nowhere.

On the seventh my numbers spiked at 3.3 and they rushed me back to be induced. ((After I was informed they were going to wait for it to stabilize)) I was still about a centimeter dilated, but they started the pitocin anyway and broke my water. Immediately my daughter went into shock, the umbilical cord got edged above her head. They stopped the pitocin, but sense they broke my water she had to be born, so I was given a strong epidural and wheeled back for a c-section. MY daughter was born fine, but I hemorrhaged, none of the veins leading to my uterus would contract and I was losing a lot of blood. They tried a multitude of drugs to start contraction, pitocin, hemabate, methergine, but nothing worked, so with my husbands consent they did a hysterectomy.

When I asked the doctors why they did the induction like they did they told me my amniotic fluid index was low. I requested my hospital records ((which had to be sent twice because they were 'lost in the mail')) I found that it wasn't.

Here's a bit of the stuff from my hospital report, including my blood tests, and ultrasound report.

A lot of my lab results were off.
My red blood cell count was a little low, 3.62
Hemoglobin, a bit low, 10.8
hematocrit low 33.0
absolute neutrophiles high at 8856 H
RDW ((no clue what that is)) a tiny bit off at 15.1.
and of course potassium off at 2.2

My ultrasound results.
OB ULTRASOUND FOR BIOPHYSICAL PROFILE: the fetus is in a vertical position with the placenta along the anterior surface of the uterus. Fetal heart rate of 141 bpm is present. The amniotic fluid index is normal measuring 11.1 cm. Normal gross muscle movement, fetal tone and breathing movements are present.

I'm 19 years old, 18 when this happened.
