I Can't Change My Username And I Need to Urgently!!! Posted: 08-28-06 23:03pm
Okay, so i've recently found out that
people I know have been googling by screen
name which just happens to be the same as
my username on this site. So, obviously
people are finding things out. Some of my
posts were very personal and I don't want
people finding out about them. I deleted
all of the posts that I could and edited
the other ones so they say nothing, but my
username is still there. People can still
see that i've been on this site, in what
forum, how people answered my posts, ect.
I tried changing my username, but
everytime I do it says changes updated,
but my username is still the same!
Help!!!

post!
OK...to get your username changed, you
need to PM admin directly with the
request. Generally, it takes the search
engines from 2-3 weeks to re-index your
account, so the search engine results will
probably remain until such time as they
re-visit the pages where your original
username appeared.
