hi, i am sunny from pakistan and i was born in 1980. I have had health problems since 1994. I underwent a surgery for circumcision when i was in 6th(1992) class and in the summer of 7th(1993) class i accidentally discovered masturbation and stared doing it heavily and often violently and i had this plastic thread like thing in my organ from surgery which often caused pain while masturbation and the thread disappeared itself after some time . Though i was very good looking and almost every girl that i came across took an interest in me none the less due to family and social pressures i was never able to establish any sort of relationships with girls not even friendship. Masturbation and porn movies were my sole means of sexual satisfaction.

Then in 1994 i developed a chronic nasal infection It produced mucus of brown , green and white color and often extended to lungs lasted until 1996. when i underwent a nasal DNS surgery and had some infected glands removed I but during this time in 1995 i was extremly weak and suddenly i lost all my ability to achieve erections and i had semen leaking all the time and night falls every single night which left me feel very very weak wrecked infact through out the day. I had abdominal pain in middle of the belly and i could feel it around a throbbing vein right in the centre and around kidneys I also developed growth like projections around the anal area with surrounding area giving a brownish black look which gave pain when i touched it. Then i fell in depression where i lost interest in life and generally pleasure and happiness feelings all went blunt and i developed emotional problems. I also had developed strange notions where by i started being harsh on myself almost as if i were self destructive. in 1998 i had a severe infection like condition all over my abdomen especially the kidneys and had dark red blood in urine for which i was put on cyproxin and ampicillin. Again in 1999 i had sever pain around kidney area one day with vomiting and was administered dicloran injections later on ultra sound investigations revealed a prostatic cyst which itself disappeared in 2004. I also developed a breast like growth in chest primarily in the right side which lessened in size when i used Flagyl for an abdominal infection. After the use of flagyl my facial skin tone changed from very fair to a light shade of brown. And to this day i feel pain in my abdomen

Now around 2005 the seminal leakage almost stopped and i started having some sort of erections mainly if i touch my organ while watching some porn but they are never as ripe as the time when i was in my early teens and ejaculation is without force plus i do not feel any real pleasure and have very reduced sex drive except for some occasional masturbation. I am still a single

Please, inform me as whether my sexual problems are due to over and violent masturbation or the accompanying health problems have played a large part in giving me the condition and is there any hope for me to gain real complete sexual function not just physically but psychologically as well
