hello
I am 30 years old and I am going to live with a man that i love who is 45. when i visited him we wanted to have sex, but oops, nothing. then we spoke a lot on this topic. he told me that he takes medications for heart and high pressure and he is also obese (around 130 kg at 1m70).
Please tell me what to do to live him up that he doesn't remain impotent for the rest of his life. we both want children . thank you
